1. How to subscribe to the service?

- Visit https://powww.io/price

- Select your preferred plan.

- Select the payment method and click Continue.

After this process enter the necessary data, verify your identity and complete the payment.

Wait for a 1 or 2 minutes for getting the Pro account status valid and enjoy Powww.io services!

2. What payment methods is available on Powww.io?

Powww.io service gives the opportunity to select different payment methods:


- The Credit Cards (including recurring billing)

- Cryptoсurrency method include:

- Bitcoin

- Litecoin

- Ethereum

- Bitcoin Cash

- Dash

- XRP

3. What is recurring billing?

Recurring billing is a payment model that allows Powww.io to automatically invoice customers on a prearranged schedule, such as - monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly, annually.

Powww.io provide the recurring billing purchasing via Credit Card payment method.

Cancel any time on Plan page. Also, users always has the ability to change theirs plan.

4. How long does my Pro account stay valid?

By purchasing the service, you are select the desired payment method.

Depending on the payment method, you will receive recurring billing (via Credit Cards) or one-time payment (via Сryptoсurrencies)

For each payment method you have the ability to select the plan:

- 1 Month

- 3 Months

- 6 Months

- 1 Year

Credit Cards method will invoice you after each cycle of the selected plan, so your Pro account will stay valid until you cancel the recurring billing.

Crypto Currencies payment method will give you a valid Pro account according with the selected period of the plan.

5. How to change the password?

On the Profile page click to Edit button and enter your new password.

Then, check your mailbox and confirm the password change.
